Bonne Vap modernizes management of its 30 stores with Clictill

Background

The sign Bonne VAP has been using Clictill POS software in all its stores since July 2024. Specializing in the sale of electronic cigarette products, Bonne Vap stores offer customers a wide range of electronic cigarettes, e-liquids and vape accessories. They also offer DIY (Do It Yourself) products, enabling users to create their own e-liquids.

Founded in 2013, Bonne Vap is a major player in the vape sector, with a network of 30 establishments in the Grand Est region. The company aims to support vapers, whether beginners or experienced, by offering personalized advice and educational resources via its blog and specialized teams.

Thanks to our joint efforts, the project to replace their POS software was successfully completed in a relatively short space of time. Indeed, the first pilot stores were able to switch over to Clictill just 1 month after the project was launched, and the entire rollout to the initial 27 stores was completed 2 months after the project was launched.

Why does Bonne Vap use Clictill?

With its 30 stores, Bonne Vap handles a very high volume of transactions. As a result, its cash registers need to be reliable and fast to cope with the flow of business. That’s why two Clictill functions are particularly important to the Bonne Vap network:

1. Centralization of all data in a single location to save time for the management team (statistics and steering, purchasing management).
2. Offline mode to cash in under any circumstances.

The retailer needed a wealth of functionalities to manage its replenishment chain. To achieve this, Clictill offers advanced functionalities for :

1. Inventory management of sales outlets in Clictill, as well as tracking of depot stocks.
2. Centralization of the management system (creation and management of the article repository, launch of restocking proposals, recording and export of purchase orders to suppliers, goods receipts, inter-shop transfers, etc.), inventory).

Sales events

The Bonne Vap chain of shops is strongly committed to boosting its retail outlets through features designed to enhance customer loyalty. The migration of its loyalty schemes was a key issue to address:

1. Over 100,000 existing customer files
2. Reintegration into Clictill of all customer files and loyalty point balances from the old POS system at the time of deployment
3. Loyalty program common to all stores, based on a number of points that entitle the holder to a discount once a threshold has been exceeded.
4. In addition to the traditional loyalty program, Bonne Vap offers its customers some fifteen promotional discounts, helping to boost its business.

Clictill’s advanced promotion management capabilities made it possible to respond precisely to the customer’s needs:

- - - Set the triggering parameters for these promotions according to the type of customer or product family.
    - Obtain free products or discounts in percentage or amount depending on the case
    - Temporary or permanent promotions
