How do I create a loyalty program in Clictill?
Everything is done from the back office. You define the name, validity period, allocation rules and benefits. The card is then automatically activated at the checkout.
Can I offer several loyalty programs?
Yes, you can create several loyalty cards at the same time: by store, by customer type or by product range.
What's the difference between loyalty by points and loyalty by passages?
Points-based loyalty each purchase earns a number of points proportional to the amount.
Passage-based loyalty every visit or ticket validated is counted to unlock a reward.
Do loyalty points expire automatically?
The choice is yours. You can define a fixed or sliding validity for the card, as well as a points lifetime to encourage store returns.
Can I offer a welcome bonus on registration?
Yes. Clictill automatically awards welcome points and send an e-mail confirmation e-mail if the customer’s address is entered.
