How does it work?
Register every receipt of goods in your store or warehouse simply and cleanly, thanks to your Clictill point-of-sale software. Each order receipt is supported by a supplier, ensuring clear traceability of product origin and movement.
Enter an incoming order manually, adding items by scan, reference or search. Do you have an existing purchase order? Take it directly and validate it as an actual delivery.
Once delivery has been confirmed, stock is updated in real time throughout your Clictill environment. Documents remain accessible for consultation, duplication, printing or cancellation if necessary, without ever deleting the movement history.

Can I transform a purchase order into a receipt?
Yes, if a purchase order has already been created in Clictill, it can be used to generate a receipt. This eliminates the need to re-enter data, and ensures that orders correspond to deliveries.
Is it possible to manage partial receptions?
Yes, if a delivery is incomplete, you can accept only the quantities actually received and complete the voucher later, when the rest of the goods arrive.
What happens if I make a mistake on an order receipt?
A validated order receipt cannot be modified, but it can be cancelled. The Clictill collection software automatically generates a cancellation document, without deleting the order history, to guarantee traceability.
Can I add charges to an order receipt?
Yes, you can integrate charges or discounts directly on the receiving slip, before validation. These charges can be spread across all items to refine stock valuation.
Can I print receipt slips and item labels?
Yes, receipt slips can be printed (valorized or not). Product labels can also be printed directly from the receiving document.
