Can I create multiple profile levels?
Yes, you can create as many profiles as you need (cashier, manager, supervisor, trainee, etc.) and adapt the authorizations for each one.
Do access rights also apply to the back office?
Absolutely. You can restrict or open certain back-office functions, such as inventory management, discounts or accounting exports.
Can I check the discounts granted by my vendors?
Absolutely. You can define a discount ceiling per profile (e.g. 5% for a cashier, 25% for a manager). Exceptions require validation by a manager.
Are all actions tracked in the POS software?
Yes, each sensitive action (cancellation, discount, return, modification) is logged and linked to the user concerned to guarantee NF525 compliance of the payment solution.
Does user management work across multiple stores?
Yes, your Clictill POS solution manages at network level the same user can have different permissions depending on the store or checkout station.
