Clictill was designed with the help of several chartered accountancy firms, with the aim of facilitating the transmission of information between retailers’ cash registers and the tools used by the firms’ staff.
Clictill offers a portal for each member of the firm’s staff to access the files of merchants using Clictill. An administrator defines access rights for each member of staff, to ensure data confidentiality. Each member of staff will be able to set up accounts for the generation of accounting entries. This portal is entirely free of charge for the firm.
Chartered accountants will be able to concentrate on their consulting work!
You can become a distributor if you wish. However, you can also give your customers the freedom to register on the Clictill website.
Whichever solution you choose, every accounting firm benefits from free access to its customer files.
With Clictill POS solution, employees' work is simplified and made more efficient. No more hours spent on VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
Entries are generated automatically by Clictill, on the basis of the account settings validated by the member of staff in charge of the merchant’s file. This eliminates the need for cash register “Z” entries and other monthly closing operations.
Clictill lets you export data in CSV format. Columns can be parameterized. Several import formats are available as standard “pre-configured”. If your format is not listed, please send it to us at contact@clictill.com
An API for accounting entries will soon be available. This will enable direct integration into the accounting solution used by the firm, provided of course that the solution accepts data exchange via Web services.
