How does it work?
The Clictill POS software stock adjustment module enables you to adjust a discrepancy between the theoretical stock and the reality in the field. This may concern a quantity (e.g. breakage, theft, counting error) or a valuation (e.g. incorrect original valuation). Each stock adjustment is associated with a movement type, enabling you to clearly identify the context of the adjustment.
Select the items concerned, enter the quantity to be adjusted or the new actual quantity, and voilà! Your Clictill environment automatically recalculates the stock according to your input.
Any stock adjustment can be put on hold, resumed later, then validated once complete. On validation, stock is updated in real time, and the movement is logged.

When do I need to adjust my inventory?
An adjustment is necessary when there is a discrepancy between the theoretical stock and the actual stock on the ground: breakage, theft, data entry error, defective product, inventory anomaly or valuation error.
Can Clictill differentiate between different types of regularization?

Can I import a list of items to be adjusted?
Yes, it is possible to import item lines from a file, to quickly manage large volumes or inventory adjustments.
What happens if an error occurs on a validated inventory adjustment?
A validated adjustment cannot be modified directly, but it can be corrected via a new stock adjustment. History is kept to ensure traceability.
