You can create a card in a matter of seconds, directly from the cash register during a sale, from the back-office or by importing an Excel or CSV file. Webservice integrations also enable automatic synchronization with your ERP or e-commerce system.
What information can I save for my customers?
For a individual surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.
For a professional Company name, SIRET number, intra-Community VAT, pricing conditions, etc.
You can also attach a tariff code to each customer.
Can I link a customer file to a loyalty program?
Yes, each card has a “Loyalty“ which displays the active program, the points balance, rewards and benefits used.
Is it possible to track a customer's sales history in Clictill?
Absolutely! The “History” tab of your POS software provides a summary of all sales, items purchased, credit notes issued and returns made. This enables you to analyze your customers’ purchasing habits and adapt your offers accordingly.
